Aisleable: Privacy policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Aisleable ("the app") checks Shopify storefronts for accessibility problems. This policy explains what information the app collects when a merchant installs it, and how that information is used.
Information we collect
- Store information: your store's domain, name and contact email, read from Shopify so we can check your storefront and send you alerts.
- Product and collection names and links: read with the read_products permission to decide which pages to check.
- Scan results: the accessibility problems found on your public storefront pages.
- Storefront password: only if you enter it, and only to open a password-protected storefront for checks.
The app does not access or store any information about your customers or their orders.
How we use it
We use this information only to run accessibility checks, show you the results, and email you when new problems are found. We do not sell or share it with third parties, other than the service providers that host the app (Fly.io) and send alert emails (Resend).
Retention and deletion
When you uninstall the app, your store record and scan history are deleted. Shopify's data deletion requests are also honoured automatically.
